Terms & Conditions

By requesting a quote, scheduling a scrap pickup, or handing over scrap metal, old appliances, air conditioners, or machinery to M A Rayyan Traders ("the Buyer"), you ("the Seller") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not proceed with scrap collection or transactions.

Scrap metals (such as Copper, Brass, Aluminium, Lead, and Iron) are commodity materials subject to continuous market price fluctuations based on daily national and international metal exchange indices.

• Preliminary Estimates: Any quote given via phone, WhatsApp, or website calculator is an indicative estimate based on seller-provided descriptions.
• Final Rate Confirmation: The final binding purchase rate is established upon physical inspection, purity grading (e.g. Millberry vs insulated wire), and verification at the time of weighing.

We pride ourselves on 100% honest and transparent weighing:

• All weights are measured on calibrated digital electronic scales in clear view of the seller.
• Foreign Materials & Impurities: Deductions may be applied if materials contain heavy foreign contaminants (such as rubber insulation, oil, iron casings in copper motors, concrete residue, or excess moisture). Any required deduction is openly communicated and agreed upon before payment.

M A Rayyan Traders maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding stolen goods. We strictly refuse:

• Stolen property, stolen utility cables, or disputed machinery.
• Hazardous, toxic, explosive, or radioactive substances.
• Sealed pressurized cylinders containing hazardous chemicals or unvented gases.

The seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless M A Rayyan Traders from any third-party claims, legal disputes, or governmental penalties arising from disputed title or illegal origin of goods.

Payment is disbursed immediately upon mutual agreement on the total weight and calculated valuation:

• Payment Modes: Immediate Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), or direct IMPS/NEFT bank transfer.
• Title Transfer: Unencumbered legal ownership and title to the scrap transfer entirely to M A Rayyan Traders upon successful payment disbursement. Completed transactions are final.

When a seller requests on-site collection in Hyderabad:

• The seller must provide reasonable vehicular access and a safe working environment for our collection staff and transport vehicles.
• Our team is trained to handle loading carefully, but the seller is responsible for securing their private premises and clearing fragile items from access paths.

M A Rayyan Traders reserves the absolute right to decline, cancel, or refuse any pickup or scrap consignment if the material does not conform to agreed descriptions, poses an occupational hazard, or has questionable ownership.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
